11+ MATHS TUTORING
When should my child start preparing for the 11+ ?
- We generally recommend beginning 11+ preparation towards the summer term of Year 5 (as many examinations take place in either the Autumn or early Spring Term of Year 6).
- Consistent and weekly tuition gives children time to build confidence, strengthen reasoning skills and become familiar with both the tutoring and the examination format itself!
Can you tailor lessons to my local grammar school’s format?
Yes, we can! Do let us know and we can tailor both the sessions and plan for the child to get the most out of the tuition sessions. As formats vary between schools and regions, lessons are tailored using published sample papers and available guidance.
