A LEVEL PSYCHOLOGY TUTORING
WHAT DOES AN A LEVEL PSYCHOLOGY LESSON LOOK LIKE?
- Lessons would include beginning with knowledge lessons for Papers 1 and 2.
- As knowledge is embedded and discussed (AO1), we will then start apply knowledge to exam questions (AO2).
- Research methods and quantitative skills are integrated throughout tuition, allowing students to develop confidence with statistical techniques alongside the core psychological content.
- Evaluation skills (AO3) and modelling / practising essay-structured responses are then a pivotal part of the tuition, alongside regular retrieval and revision.
- We then begin the process again but with the in-depth optional topics of Paper 3.
