PRIMARY & SECONDARY ENQUIRIES FOR SEPTEMBER 2026 NOW AVAILABLE

Many students enjoy the creative side of Product Design but lose marks on calculations and technical problem solving. Lessons are designed to build confidence in the mathematical skills required for the Product Design Course.
The highest grades often depend on how the student applies the mathematical principles to design problems. Again, we can help tackle these concepts in a confidence-boosting way.
Developing confidence in these areas can help students apply their knowledge more effectively throughout the course and in examination questions.

All these mathematical skills can help with pursuing careers in engineering, product design, architecture, manufacturing, industrial design and mechanical engineering.

We support students across all major A Level Product Design specifications including

Lessons focus specifically on the mathematical skills used within the Product Design A Level course.
This helps students become confident applying mathematics in practical engineering and design situations rather than learning techniques in isolation.

Lessons are tailored to the student's current mathematical understanding and specification.
This would typically include

Reading notes/flashcards on calculations and completing further exam 'maths-linked' questions are important independent study areas.
We can also support the student by providing a homework service - additional to the usual tuition.
